The Factory, which is established in 2016 area in Gabon. The overall area of the factory is 30,000 sq meter. The factory is fitted with modern machines and state of the art technologies to which facilitates excellent craftmanship and fine aesthetics.

The factory embodies an in house K.D. seasoning, all high tech furniture manufacturing machine, in house wood peeling for veneer manufacturing and own saw mill.

K.D. seasoning plant has capacity to process 10000 CFT per day and can produce 60 furniture HQ containers per month.

At Woodville, we go through a meticulous process to produce high standard products. The process start from log sawing , K.D. seasoning and final product manufacturing with high tech machine to make product precise and high quality. Our engineering team first make the CAD and then start production to avoided any error. Our quality management system always control the quality at each manufacturing level . We have 5 level QMS starts from RM input till dispatch. We test all product on BIFMA and EN standards and our lab and QA team always monitor and test the product performance in every batch,
